NoteNest is now Wren

Notes that study with you.

Write your notes on iPad. Wren pins graphs, summaries and practice questions beside them, answers questions from what you wrote, and turns your notes into study guides and flashcards.

Trusted by 10,000+ students at 50+ universities

Three things Wren does for you.

Notes that grow stickies. Agents that build study material. A tutor that only knows what you wrote.

AI Notes with Stickies

Handwriting that does more.

Write with Apple Pencil like you always have. Pause, and Wren pins a graph, a summary or a set of practice questions next to what you just wrote.

AI Agents

Your notes, turned into study material.

Give an agent a goal and it reads your notes and files, then builds a real note you can edit. You see what it read before anything is saved.

AI Tutor

Answers from what you wrote.

Ask a question and the tutor answers from your own notes, with the page it came from. It tells you when your notes do not cover something.

Why does the ratio test fail at L = 1?
Your notes say the test is inconclusive there, so you compare with a p-series instead.Lecture 7 · p.2

How Wren works.

Write or import.

Handwrite with Apple Pencil, type in Document Mode, or drop in your lecture slides and PDFs.

Wren works beside you.

Pause your pen and Wren offers a sticky about what you just wrote, which you keep or discard.

Study from your own words.

Turn any note into a study guide, a flashcard set or a practice exam you can take.

Twelve kinds

Every kind of sticky.

Pause your pen. Keep what helps, discard the rest.

AI Agents

Outputs, not busywork.

Agents turn the notes you already took into the study material you were going to make anyway.

  1. Set a goal.

"Make me a study guide for the midterm." That is the whole prompt.

  2. The agent reads your notes.

Handwritten pages, typed docs, the PDFs in your Resource Hub. Nothing outside your class.

  3. It builds a real note.

Not a chat reply. A note in your notebook you can edit, mark up and add stickies to.

  4. You see what it read.

The progress view lists every note and file it used, then waits for you to confirm.

One answers from your notes. The other checks whether you learned them.

AI Tutor

Ask your notes.

The tutor answers from what you wrote and tells you where it found it. No made-up sources, no answers from outside your class.

What should I study tonight?

Your exam is Thursday and your weakest section is membrane transport. Start with osmosis and the two active-transport pumps, then redo problem set 3.
